Response to "Her Point Is"

This reading described the main ideas how a summary is important and the guidelines to make it effective. Moving forward the author says it is important to keep it simple, short and non biased. We can stay away from a biased point of view by showing all opinions in the same way and for the same amount of time. We also discover that the building blocks of arguing persuasively we need to be able to summarize others arguments that agree with ours.

This reading was very informative, the author did a great job of presenting examples to every idea and concept she was attempting to get across. She outlines the most effective use and the most effective way to create a summary. Creating a great reference item for our next assignment. This reading can help me create the best possible summary.
