"The Story of Suicide is about two very different boys, Tyler Clamenti and Dharun Ravi. This story goes into the details of the supposed assisting of Ravi in Clamenti's suicide. Ravi is allegedly to blame because he had secretly used a webcam to film and post online videos of his roommate Clamenti as he had homosexual intercourse with another guy.
It's very possible that Ravi played a part in Clamenti's decision to kill himself, but I don't think should legally have been blamed. Parker had mentioned that Clamenti was sort of quite and reserved. This being the case I'm sure it was tough on him to find anyone to talk to about his gay feelings and even his situation of the videos Ravi posted online. These two things alone can be quite emotionally taxing, not to mention anything else that could have been going on in his life. And being a shy guy it's not exactly surprising that Clamenti was mentally unstable and in the end lost control. But it's more surprising to me that Ravi is legally to blame for this loss of control.
