The Story of a Suicide Part Two

I finished reading "The Story of a Suicide" today and the ending was just as sad as the beginning. Tyler Clementi was finally growing up and starting his life at the time of his death. No one, not even his parents saw such a tragedy ahead. Ravi is still paying the price today for what he did, and no one will ever look at him the same anymore. Although he is awaiting trial, I think that this is the worst punishment that Ravi could encounter. Tyler Clementi's coffin will rest on Ravi's conscience for the rest of his life, and he will never forget that. I think that Ravi should have a firm punishment as well because of how severe the situation got. Ravi obviously did not think that it would go this far, but once again it just goes to show how unpredictable people are. Tyler Clementi's death is a tragedy to us all, but it should be looked at as a learning process, because everybody is different and when you make fun of someone, it might effect the whole world like Dharun Ravi's case.
