The Story of a Suicide" by Ian Parker is a article about a boy, Tyler Clementi, who went to Rutgers University. Tyler was gay and was harassed by his roommate, Dharun Ravi, because he was different than him and was homosexual. Ravi set up a video camera(web cam) in their dorm room when he knew Clementi would have his partner over for intercourse and filmed them in the act. Ravi released it on the internet and shortly after Clementi committed suicide.
My grandmother brought this story up to me during spring break actually. It really made me mad that someone would do that to another person. Homosexuality isn't something to be harassed about. Ravi should be prosecuted about the video because it seems to be the main reason behind the suicide.
